Clean and rinse Poha

Cut Mirchi

Cut Alooo in small pieces


Put 2 tablespoon oil in fry pan, add Mustard seeds, Jeera and then Mirchi

After that add alloo, fry it till it becomes soft

After that add curry leaves ,

Add turmeric powder.

Add poha

Add salt

Cook for only 1 minutes, cover the lid and its ready to eat.
